The Brides Up North Wedding Belles photoshoot

A few months ago I was super excited (I actually squeaked when I read the email!) to receive an email from the gorgeously talented photographer Mandy Charlton. Mandy was inviting me to take part in a “top secret bridal photo shoot” in conjunction with fab wedding blog Brides Up North. I couldn’t type back fast enough!

A few months passed before the actual shoot took place (the whole time I was sworn to secrecy and it killed me!) so the excitement died down a bit until…….the day I got to go to MiaSposa to try on dresses! Excited was not the word! If you’re a bride, I would highly recommend a trip to this lovely shop. It is owned by the lovely Joy and Mark who offer a fantastic service as well as a HUGE range of dresses and accessories.

Joy was really great at finding what would look good on me as well as accessorising with things I would not necessarily have thought of such as a faux fur shrug!

Julia (of Brides Up North fame) wanted to create an inspirational shoot to show brides how ordinary girls can look fabulous with the help of fantastic North East suppliers. I think that we achieved that…take a look for yourself…….

So what do you think?……
